Andrew Grant, Game advisor
Andrew has been bending computers to his will professionally for 24 years, both in and out of the games industry. His past projects range from AAA games to underwater autonomous robots, augmented reality to web crawlers.
For the past nine years, Andrew has served as Lecturer and Technical Director at the MIT Game Lab. In that role, he has worked closely with faculty at MIT incorporating cutting edge research into games and using games to facilitate cutting edge research. As part of that work, Andrew has helped mentor programmers, game designers, and whole teams to create a wide variety of games under a wide variety of constraints in service to the pursuit of knowledge, health, and fun.
Andrew earned twin Bachelors degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics at MIT. He spent his spare time then much as he does now: designing, creating, and playing games of all kinds.
